We offer free shipping on orders over €140.
Orders below the required amount for free shipping, will get a calculated shipping cost in the checkout.

The delivery time varies and ranges between 2 to 8 working days, depending on your shipping provider and chosen delivery method.
When you have chosen your preferred shipping method, the calculated delivery time will be displayed at checkout. As soon as the package has left the warehouse, you'll get an email with the tracking information so that you can follow your order more accurately.
Please note that we reserve the right to extend the delivery time due to customs.

To track your order, please use the tracking number that's included in the shipment confirmation e-mail.
If you haven't yet received the shipment confirmation e-mail, it means that your package hasn't been dispatched. You will receive the e-mail as soon as your order has left the warehouse.
Please note that if you don't pick up your order and it's sent back to us, we do not stand for the shipping cost to resend it back to you.

You have a 14-days right to cancel when you shop on the Website. This right to cancel starts from the date on which you receive the item(s). If this deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline will be extended to the following working day.

Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange your return for other products. However, you can return your order, and we will refund your purchase, so you can make a new order.
Products bought on sale or by using discount codes can only be reordered with the same price if the offers are still available online.

1. Prepare the package
Pack the item(s) carefully. Place the printed label on the parcel. Make sure it is clearly visible and that address and barcodes are not covered.
Please note: If you have several orders to returns, these should be sent separately as refunds cannot be combined.
2. Return your package
Drop off the package at the nearest postal office and send it to the address provided on the printed label. Remember to obtain and keep a receipt for the return of the parcel.
Please note: Once received, the articles may only be handled in such a way as to allow the nature, features, and function of such articles to be demonstrated. Among other things, this means that hangtags on clothing must not be removed.
Refunds
Once your return has been registered in our warehouse, we will process your return and refund your money as quickly as possible. Please note that it can take up to 14 days from the time we receive your package until your money is refunded to your account. The return fee will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.The refunded amount will always be transferred to the same payment card used for the purchase. You will receive an email as soon as your return has been processed. How long it takes for your account to be credited depends on your bank and what payment method you used when ordering.
